9 Antique & Classic Car Show – Whitchurch-Stouffville Museum, 14732 Woodbine Ave. Gormley
This is the 36th Annual Car Show on the Museum grounds. Lots to see and do. Live entertainment, tours of the historic building, heritage demonstrations, air-conditioned tea room with home-made sandwiches, barbeque, cold drinks/coffee/tea and much more. 23 DAY OUT WITH THE BUMBY’S – Meet at Tim Horton’s, 403 Wellington St. (Aurora Road) at 10am to leave at 10.30am. Located between Industrial Parkway and Bayview at John West Way on the north side next to Wendy’s. We have planned a pleasant drive (approx 1 hr) then lunch, back to the farm with a short stop for wine-tasting, then refreshmens and car game at the farm. This is the 40th Anniversary of the Club. If you haven’t made your Hotel reservations yet you should do so A.S.A.P. The rooms have 2 queen beds, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, wet bar and dishes.. The rates are $149.99 plus taxes which include a deluxe continental breakfast. The Saturday evening dinner will be a gourmet buffet with both a carved strip loin and baked salmon.
