July 1 Caledon Village Strawberry Festival – Caledon Village on Highway 10 The classic car show runs from 10 am until 1 pm with trophies, really nice goodie bags, and raffles just for the car drivers. There will be lots of live entertainment, including a dog flyball demonstration, a live and silent auction, craft dealers, etc., and lots more fun. Date and Time! Pub Afternoon North - Time (approx.): 2:00 to 6:00pm. Food to be served at 5:00pm. At the home of Jim & Sylvia Slyfield. 5545 Middle Road, Clarington (4 1/2 miles directly north of Bowmanville; first north-south road east of Durham Rd 57, and 3/4 mile north of Taunton Road. Please - Please bring your MG, if at all possible, as this was the original intent of these gatherings - to exercise the cars.
